?The CE marking is a mandatory European marking for certain product groups to indicate conformity with the essential health and safety requirements set out in European Directives. FS products are produced under the requirements of CE to indicate conformity with the essential health and safety.
?The FCC is a certification mark employed on electronic products manufactured or sold in the United States, which certifies that the electromagnetic interference from the device is under limits approved by the Federal Communications Commission. ?REACH is a European Union regulation concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals. It came into force on 1st June 2007 and replaced a number of European Directives and Regulations with a single system. The regulation aims to protect human health and environmental safety, maintain and improve the competitiveness of the EU chemical industry, and develop innovative capabilities for non-toxic and harmless compounds to prevent market fragmentation, increase the transparency of the use of chemicals, promote non-animal experiments, and pursue sustainable social development.
?The CB system (IEC system for conformity testing and certification of electrical products) is an international system operated by IECEE. The IECEE member countries test the safety performance of electrical products based on IEC standards. The test results are the CB test report and CB test certificate is a system of mutual recognition among IECEE member countries. The purpose is to reduce international trade barriers arising from the need to meet the certification or approval criteria of different countries.
?FDA (Food and Drug Administration) is authorized by the United States Congress, the federal government, and is the highest law enforcement agency specializing in food and drug management. It is also a professional monitoring agency for government health control which composed of doctors, lawyers, microbiologists, chemists, and statisticians dedicated to protect, promote, and improve national health. Many other countries promote and monitor the safety of their own products by seeking and receiving FDA assistance.
Under the WEEE (Waste electrical and electronic equipment), from August 13, 2005, manufacturers of electrical and electronic equipment circulating in the EU market must legally bear the responsibility for paying for the recycling of scrapped products. At the same time, EU member states are obliged to develop their own electrical and electronic equipment recycling plan and establish related supporting recycling facilities, so that end users of electrical and electronic products can easily and freely dispose the waste equipment.
